Increase in Applications for Latvian Citizenship The number of applications for Latvian citizenship in foreign countries has grown. According to Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 4 055 children of Latvian citizens born outside Latvia were registered in 2013, which is a 21% increase comparing to 2012.
