Rovaniemi, northern Finland, is the official seat of Santa Claus. But did you know Latvian LED lamps are used to light its streets?

The lamps assembled in Iecava by the Vizulo company are used to help reindeer, humans, elves and saints alike find their way around the town. "We started production in autumn 2013. One of the most interesting objects we supply is Rovaniemi.. We illuminate many of the streets there," Vizulo boss Jānis Zeltiņš told LTV December 25.
